Exciting career opportunity available for a PLANT MANAGER (3(1)a Legal Appointment at a Mining Company in the STEELPOORT AREA.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering Degree / Diploma
* Minimum of 5 years managerial experience
* Working knowledge of metallurgical processes
* Good understanding of legal appointments and the responsibilities and duties that accompany the appointments.
* Good understanding of plant processes, safety and engineering processes and procedures.
* Understanding of plant operations, processes, systems and process optimization.
* Management experience in the chrome beneficiation processes and plants.
* Knowledge about the value addition cycle of a chrome plant.
* Problem identification and solving.
* Experience in the control and monitoring of plant and pad/loading operations.
