Requirements:
-PSIRA Grade B
-Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English.
-Knowledge of the basics of investigation
-Must be willing to work shifts
-Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
-LDV Drivers license
-Firearm competency (Handgun & Shotgun)
-Regulation 21
Key Performance Indicators:
-Able to handle/manage all aspects of the mining security operations;
-Physical Security Deployment
-Mine Health and Safety Act
Must be willing and give consent to the following:
-Integrity test - conducted through a polygraph test with selected questions
-Credit background check
-Criminal background check
-Principal check – Involvement in any other company or business
-Illegal Substance test
-Previous employment background check
